Here at Silver Willowe Care Ltd we offer two types of contract to our carers, as we appreciate every member of the team has different needs when it comes to their employment.

FULL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT - We offer full-time and part-time employment contracts. Full-time is based on 37.5 hours a week, and part-time is based on 16 hours a week.

CONTRACTOR CONTRACT - This self-employment contract allows carers to have full flexibility over their hours while still receiving the support and continuity of an established business.

PAY RATES: Unlike most care companies, we pay block shifts based on 07:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00 as well as wake nights and sleep in nights depending on client needs. This means you will be paid your hourly rate for your whole shift – not just for the time you spend with our clients.
